When they answered my phone calls, they never got complete information and even gave me wrong phone numbers to call back. When I decided to cancel the service, because it was not helping me, I could never get in touch with a person. They kept charging me and never returning my calls. Their customer service is terrible, do not use them.

As a business owner I would not recommend this answering service to a small-business. They were unprofessional and as far as customer service is concerned, well there is none. Avoid if possible.
