Fix your payment processing and your support team

Fyxer is great when it works. The problem is that I have had issues with their billing over the past months, which means Fyxer stops working when they aren't able to process payment. I've worked with customer experience my whole career and can genuinely say that their support is absolutely awful. I've been in contact with their support team every month this happens, and every time they reassure me that the issue has been resolved and it shouldn't happen again. Yet here we are, after another month of an unprocessed payment that means Fyxer has stopped working again. Fyxer might help me be more efficient, if it wasn't for the endless conversations I need to have with the support team.

As a small business owner I find their support necessary to help manage my email load. They even signed a BAA for me. Great customer service! I highly recommend giving Fyxer a try.

Fyxer AI

OMG - Nightmare- Wanted to have a look at this AI service (on email organisation/AI email response) and looked at a trial package. Before I knew it it had taken over my Gmail folders and although I never signed up and did not subscribe - it took over my Gmail account and somehow sorted and organised my mail into folders - my Primary Inbox was deleted and sorted and I could not find any mails except for subscription to Fyxer AI in my main Gmail Inbox ! I tried to work with their AI Customer Team to delete account and stop access and request to unsubscribe - getting a human response was difficult- and now my Gmail Inbox is shattered- mails have been "sorted" into my folders without any logic and do not come into my usual Gmail Inbox. I have attempted to unsubscribe (which Fyxer AI confirm) but usual Gmail Inbox mails go all over the place since Fyxer AI access - Please be careful of this service.

Needing assistance with customization and some basic flaws

So far I like the categorization of emails. I also like the automated responses that I can adjust as needed. One problem that occurred is that my sent emails no longer are stored in my sent items box. I have no way of retrieving my sent items now that fyxer is installed. Additionally, we have morning meetings every day. the link is stored on a google calendar page that also have a Google meet link. We use a MS team link that is pasted into the comments section of the calendar invite. Fyxer does not automatically recognize that we are not using the google link but that we are on the MS teams meeting.

Category Tags were working perfectly up…

Category Tags were working perfectly up until I had to pay for the service. Now they only show on my desktop and the color coordination is gone too.

Excellent poductivity booster and keeps me on track. Love the ready written drafts and suggested mutual calendar availability. The addition of meeting notes and prep agenda before every meeting is a happy surprise. Please keep innovating. It continues to be my favorite time saver tool.

I cannot live without my Fyxer AI!

There are still days when I consider having all of my emails go into one inbox, but I never actually do it. I like being able to sort through the categories and address emails by type. I often tag the ones that need follow-up in my “Respond” folder. I also absolutely love how it drafts responses for me. Even if I need to tweak them a bit, it ensures I never forget to reply to an email.
